Update from our summer...

Our carved name at Lake Powell :)
So as you can probably tell, I haven't updated our blog in 4 and a half months! wow... i didn't realize how behind I am. But yes, we are still alive and still very much in love!! I went to print off our pics from the entire year, and first of all, wow, what a bill. and second of all, now I have to scrapbook them, oh dear. Wish me luck! but looking at them reminded me of all of the fun times we have had together, so it is definitely worth it!
So sit back and enjoy a series of events from our awesome summer together.....

Event: Run
This summer Aunt J and I became quite the runners, we ran every morning around 6 am and surprisingly, it was so much fun! In result of our hard work we ran a few races around the community. We even ran one on my 21st birthday at 6am. Go us!!
Lamb Day Race in Ft. Green

Event: Twilight
TWILIGHT!! Love it or hate it....
and I Love it.

I am for Team Jacob, unfortunately the theater did not have a life size of Jacob, and I wanted to steal it and bring it home for myself, what a waste. But Edward did justice for our Eclipse memory, so we had some fun with our cameras!

Event: Lake Powell

This is definitely one of our favorite things to do! Who wouldn't love not working, being in the hot sun all day, showering and shaving legs in a lake with lots of fish, wake boarding and water skiing, riding in a boat, and all of this at one of the most beautiful places on Earth?! You would have to be crazy to not Love being at Lake Powell.

Dallin skiing at Sunset.

One of our hikes: Moki, which is a giant, hot sand hill.

View from one of our hikes.
We found this on our hike, pretty neat.
Dallin caught the tiniest lizard I have ever seen, Cooper and Elle were so cute with it as you can tell from the picture!
Us tubing! So painful, but very fun!
Me wake boarding, so much fun!! This is definitely one of my favorite things to do, but sadly it takes a little coaxing to even get in the water. After I get brave and jump in the water alone, (this usually takes about 2-3 days to get over the fear) then I strap on that wake board and ride as long as I can, which is very exciting! However, my landing usually consists of me eating it hard on the water... whoops(still working on that part)! and it is quite painful might I add, but so worth it!! My side of the family probably has no clue I can even do this, I'm not very good but I get better every year!
...and here is Drayson showing off. What he does best at anything he and I compete in! haha as you can tell, he has me beat, but Ill get him when he comes back from his mission, its on!!

A double arch, how amazing!

Look how cute the Ball/Jones men are! Whoever said boys can't have girl time too :)

Another arch we saw on one of our hikes.

Ahh... Lake Powell, beautiful isn't it?! We had a great time! However,
this is the result of coming home.....
....an extremely hairy face, and angry eyes... Scary isn't it!?
